The police in Zuba have arrested four suspected Indian hemp dealers and 26 others in the area.

The suspects were arrested during a raid on a black spot popularly known as Anguwar Jahannama by the police officers.
The Zuba Divisional Police Officer (DPO), CSP Alkali Lamido, yesterday, said the raid was carried out through the combined effort of the police, vigilante, Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) and other security agents.
CSP Lamido said wraps of Indian hemp and other prohibited drugs were recovered from the suspects.
He described the black spot as a criminal hideout for hoodlums who engaged in crimes and drug abuse.

The DPO further said the suspects were handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the FCT Police Command, and therefore, urged the general public to support security agents by providing useful information to curtail crime in the area.
