The occasion of the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Nasarawa State Government took place in Abuja.
Governor, Al-Makura and Minister of Water Resources signed the documents on behalf of the state and the federal government respectively.
The Triumph reports that with the signing, the Farin Ruwa Project is expected to generate more electricity for the benefit of the people of the state who we are witnessing total black-out for many years.
Our correspondent also reports that Farin Ruwa Independent Hydro-power Plant was initiated by the first civilian governor of the state, Senator Abdullahi Adamu and has guzzled billions of Naira.
