Mailemo happy with Appeal Court declaration on Ganduje

The Senior Special Assistant to Kano State Governor on Revenue Mobilization and former Chairman of Fagge Local Government Area, Alhaji Habibu Sale Mailemo has described the declaration of the Appeal Court sitting in Kaduna that the state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje is the substantive elected governor as a fair judgement.
He made the statement while expressing his view over the court verdicts, saying that the declaration has justified the final judgment of the state governorship election Tribunal headed by Justice Halima Shamaki.
Alhaji Mailemo advised PDP and its candidate, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf to surrender and cooperate with the present administration towards executing meaningful development projects to the people of the state.
On the Kano High Court judgment nullifying the newly created four Emirates in the state, Bichi, Karaye, Rano and Gaya had said the state government would look for the court verdicts and study them towards the possibilities of correcting the mistakes.
He commended Governor Ganduje for creating the Emirates, saying the people of the Emirates have started witnessing infrastructural development in their areas.
