Kano State has emerged as best in terms of infrastructural development.
Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje revealed this during a weekly Executive Council meeting held at Council Chamber, recently.
Governor Ganduje said the state competed with Imo, Enugu and River States and it emerged winner during the 10th LEAD Project competition organized by an international organization, Innovation Festival.
“Kano competes with Imo, Enugu and Rivers States, in term of infrastructural development and according to the judges, Kano is the best in the provision of infrastructure, later the award will be presented formaly,” he revealed.
In a related development, Kano State APC’s primaries were considered best in the country.
This was disclosed by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of the state during a weekly Executive Council Meeting held recently at Kano Government House.
Governor Ganduje said he was at APC’s National Headquarters Abuja to ensure all entries in respect of all those contesting for election under the party were in order.
“I am happy to inform members of the public that Kano considered as the best, we have our own complaints here and there but on a very small scale compared to other states of the federation where some problems are still lingering,” he stated.
