Jigawa Golden Star FC pummeled Wari Wolves 2-1

Jigawa Golden Stars Football Club of Dutse known as Badaru Boys have trounced the visiting Wari Wolves in the week eight of the Nigerian Premier League at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano to consolidate its winning streak in the ongoing league.
Jigawa Stars dropped the first blood through its player Ali when he capitalised on loose ball in the 16 yards both during a goalmouth scramble via a weak short which sealed into the net.
Innocent Kinsley also stroke in the 11 minutes and added that tally to make two when he took a powerful short from within the vital area which earned the three points at stake for rampaging Jigawa Golden Stars which from this victory, now has nine points and may likely move out from relegation zone.
Wari Wolves reduced the tally in the 47 minutes through a direct free kick taken intelligently by Christ and the match ended 2-1 in favour of the host team.
