Engr. Yusuf Usman has contributed immensely to the stability and development of the country.

Being an engineer at the sector, which is believed to be one of the most popular and strategic sectors in the nation, he tries to always extend a hand of fellowship to his subordinate, especially other directors of the sector.

Understandably, much of life revolves around light and shadows; therefore, Engr. Usman struggles to shine to better light for others to see. Even though, alas many fail to shine because they came into it unprepared. They fizzle out in the gloom of the darkness without leaving as much as a dim image.

Yet some handfuls few are beacons who have distinguished themselves beyond asking their casting shadows that provide some shade to protect others from the harsh element of life.

They are leaving the eastern star becoming and lighting every cranny leaving a trajectory whenever they travel thus making the side of their terrain with indelible foot print.

One of such galaxies in the oil sector today is the experienced and dynamic officer, Engr. Usman. As a bench mark against all performance prisms in the public services, the Engineer has come to symbolize one of involution chaps and stands out as a personality of note, whose achievements to date represent the hallmark of perseverance and spirit of public servant.

To those who know the education first closely, his irrepressible urge to assist the downtrodden should not be a surprise.

The Engineer is one who believes that life does not worth its essence without impacting positively on others. This has been a propelling force behind his endeavours.

He is a man of formidable intellect, element personality and unimpeachable integrity put in all within his ability to make oil sectors in the country grow and get to the level they are currently. The sector is such as not only a golden record difficult to break but also a legacy worthy of emulation by others.

As a COO, he encourages originality of thought and originality of action thus making the sector a resilient system capable of taking all shocks and a little while turning such irritatant into great profits.

The Engineer, who was born and brought up at Potiskum town in Yobe State, proves that he is a true ambassador of that very historic and important palace. Any where, every where whether at a joint or commercial buses in his home state and the nation at large, Engr. Usman is highly praised for his contribution to both the state and the nation’s development.

The Emir of Fika and Chairman of the state Council of Chiefs, Alhaji (Dr.) Muhammad Ibn Abali Muhammad Idris, has recently conferred traditional title of Matawalle of the Emirate on the Engineer.
